Frosthaven editions and printings
Updated
The official shop separates the current Frosthaven listing from a specifically named first printing. The FAQ separates first-printing errata from later non-errata changes; a printing is not automatically a new edition.
Signals
CPH0601-1ST identifies the explicitly listed first printing. It retained a discontinued collection tag but was available in the 18 October 2026 USD snapshot; do not use the tag alone as a stock verdict. CPH0601 is the current listing, not proof of an unopened box's physical markings.
Major envelope and sticker corrections apply to the first printing. FAQ 1.1 lists later card changes; specific locked-class card names are spoilers, so inspect the FAQ only after opening the relevant class.
A Kickstarter or retail sales channel alone is not a verified printing identifier. Ask a seller for the actual printing information and check the included components against official errata. This guide has not verified a universal barcode or box-bottom visual test.
Questions
Is the second printing a new edition with new classes?
The FAQ frames section 1.1 as non-errata changes, not a new class roster. The 17 classes are the product copy for the game as sold.
